1 Introduction & Definitions

6 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets cancelled due to a technical error will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, sk44 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and audited by independent third parties.
• If you are disconnected during a live game, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the game rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited under SK44's Terms & Conditions. Violations will result in immediate account closure and legal action where necessary.

• Creating multiple accounts or using multiple identities to claim bonuses.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or AI tools.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to or hacking SK44's systems.
• Interfering with other members' accounts or engaging in any fraudulent activity.

12 Changes & Updates to Terms and Conditions

SK44 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:
